Gents

There are plenty of opportunities for gents to play competition golf at Prestwick St Nicholas.  We have medals on the first Saturday and Wednesday of every month (except winter) plus there are many other trophies and cups to be competed for throughout the year.  There are also several match-play events – individual, fourball and foursomes.  We have teams participating in the various Ayrshire leagues – scratch, handicap, seniors, etc.

If you prefer your golf to be more of a fun “knock-about” with a bit of banter thrown in, then there are several “sections” within the club  who welcome new members.  For example, there is a vibrant Seniors Section (over-50s) who play fun – but competitive – events every Monday.

St Nicholas also provides hole marshals and controllers for R&A events such as the Men’s and Ladies’ Open, the Scottish Open and Open Qualifying events in the local area.

A warm and friendly welcome always awaits new members and visitors alike.

Details can be found under our Membership Section.
