i. either normally (not temporarily) reside in Prestwick, or the KA9 postcode and be a member of a Scottish Golf affiliated club
ii. be a member of any golf club in Prestwick affiliated to Scottish Golf

The competition is open only to amateur gentlemen golfers with a handicap index of 12.0 or less
