Please be advised that tickets for the various Christmas and New Year events will go on sale at 10.00am in the John Gray Lounge on Sunday 29 October.

An order of booking list will be displayed at 9.00am and any members in the lounge at that time may enter their name on the list. Tickets will be allocated in the order in which names appear on the list. Once a member has entered his or her name on the list he or she must remain in the Clubhouse.

A maximum of six tickets will be available to each member on the list subject to availability and these tickets may only be distributed to Club members and their spouses/partners. Additional tickets for members' guests ie non-members, will be made available, subject to availability, on Tuesday 31 October at 10.30am. Procedures for buying these tickets will be as above.

All tickets must be paid for on issue.

Catering will be available earlier than usual, from 9.00am, on Sunday 29 October - get your breakfast while you wait!

Please refer to the Club website for details of the Club cancellation policy in the event of being unable to attend your chosen function.
